Where can I download an app?
Open its product page for the current public download link. Apps marked Preview or In development do not have a public download offered here yet.
How do I report a problem?
Choose the app below and describe what happened. Include the app version, device and iOS version. A short set of steps is usually more useful than a long screen recording.
How do I manage an Apple subscription or request a refund?
For purchases billed by Apple, use Apple’s subscription settings or reportaproblem.apple.com. Not every HEUREKER app offers purchases or subscriptions.
How do I request help with my data?
Email team@heureker.com with the app name and your request. Local app data, Apple backups and third-party provider data may need separate actions. Read the app-specific privacy information before removing the app.

App details ↗How does batch import work?
Select your photos and videos, review the suggested fish groups, and merge or split them before saving. Suggestions are a starting point; you decide what belongs to each catch.
Are my fishing locations shared automatically?
Fishing records are stored on your device. Optional weather matching sends the record time and coordinates to Open-Meteo. Exports may include coordinates, so review them before sharing.
Do I need to use AI?
No. Local journaling works without AI. Optional AI sends selected image previews or aggregate statistics after authorization; review its suggestions before using them.
Is JSON export a full backup?
No. It does not include photos or videos and currently cannot be imported back. Keep your original media and manage device backups separately.

App details ↗How do I keep the correct print size?
Use the same paper size in Folilay and the printer dialog. Check printer margins and scaling; hardware can affect the final result. A PDF preserves the page dimensions.
Does it change my original photos?
No. Edits apply to the copies used in your layout. Original source images are not overwritten.
Where are projects saved?
Projects are stored locally in Folilay. Export important work before removing the app. There is no Folilay cloud sync.
What do I need to print?
Printing uses Apple's system AirPrint interface and requires a compatible printer. You can also export a PDF for printing elsewhere.
AnyRemote
App details ↗Does it work with every lamp or remote?
No. AnyRemote works with supported Bluetooth lighting hardware. Available controls depend on the exact device; it is not a universal infrared remote.
A lamp is missing. What should I check?
Turn on the lamp, enable Bluetooth permission, stay nearby and search again. A matching device name alone does not confirm compatibility.
Will a timer always run with the phone locked?
Do not rely on phone-based timers for unattended or safety-critical use. Bluetooth range, permissions, system suspension and force quitting can interrupt execution.
Does sound rhythm record my conversations?
It measures microphone volume locally during use and does not save or upload audio. It listens to ambient sound rather than another app's internal audio stream.

App details ↗How does pre-recording work?
Start pre-recording in the foreground before the action. Trigger recording to protect the recent window, then stop to finish saving. It cannot recover moments from before pre-recording was enabled.
Can it keep recording in the background?
Do not expect continuous background capture. Backgrounding, interruptions, low storage or high temperature can stop recording.
Where are my videos?
Saved clips are kept in the app. Use its share or save-to-Photos action to keep copies outside the app before deleting it.
Do voice commands always work?
Voice control is optional and depends on on-device language support, permissions and the recording environment. Test it before relying on it outdoors.
Guitar Station
App details ↗Which scores can I import?
The current preview supports Guitar Station project JSON. Arbitrary image scores and every third-party guitar format are not supported.
Why does the tuner need the microphone?
The tuner estimates a played note from microphone input. Allow microphone access, reduce background noise and play one string at a time.
Can I restore a deleted score?
Scores moved to the in-app Trash can be restored there. Keep a separate copy of important source projects.
Is the playback a recording of a real guitar?
The current preview uses simple synthesized note playback for practice. It is not a studio guitar recording.
Meluno
App details ↗Is Meluno medical advice?
No. It is a planning project, not a medical evaluation or a substitute for professional care.
Do I have to send interview answers to AI?
The selection-only onboarding works without AI. AI analysis requires consent before interview text is sent to the configured service.
Can it read Apple Health data?
The current preview includes optional read-only height, weight and step summaries. Access requires permission, and selected summaries can be reviewed before sharing. It does not write to Apple Health.
Can I download it publicly?
Public download is not offered here yet. Contact us to ask about availability.

App details ↗What hardware does structural scanning need?
RoomPlan and LiDAR capture require a supported iPhone or iPad. Capabilities vary by device and development version.
Is a scanned room the same as a finished textured model?
No. Structural capture, local previews and reconstructed models are different outputs. A reconstruction task may fail and does not guarantee a finished model.
Can I inspect older model versions?
The preview organizes saved scan and generated model versions in the project viewer. Available versions depend on what was successfully created and retained.
Can I download it publicly?
FullScan is in development. Contact us for current availability rather than assuming a public release.
