Data collection
Folilay does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data with the developer. It has no account system, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.
Your photos and projects
Images you select from Photos or Files are copied into the app’s local storage so that you can edit layouts. Original source photos are not overwritten. Projects and exported files remain on your device unless you choose to share, save or print them. Device or iCloud backups are governed by your Apple settings.
Permissions, sharing and printing
The system photo picker gives Folilay access only to images you select. Permission to add to Photos is requested only when you choose to save an export there. Sharing, Files and AirPrint are handled by Apple’s system interfaces. Your chosen recipient, storage provider or printer processes the content you send under its own privacy practices.
Deletion
Delete a project in Folilay to remove its project files from the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Copies you separately saved or shared, and backups, must be removed from their respective locations.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the content you choose to send, and use them to respond to your request. Avoid sending sensitive photos or files. Contact: team@heureker.com.
